neochrom® crimp cap gold ND20 magnetic is a magnetic aluminium crimp closure with an 8 mm centre hole for ND20 vials. Caps are supplied pre-assembled with Pharma-Fix butyl/PTFE septa in grey. The Pharma-Fix design uses shaped discs that are PTFE-coated only in the sample contact zone, while the elastic butyl portion seals against the glass rim for a reliable closure. Septum thickness is 3,0 mm; the construction is temperature-resistant from −40 °C to 120 °C. Fully PTFE-faced contact in the sampling area supports clean needle penetration and chemical isolation of the sample path.
