Their unbreakable construction removes the risk of breakage and the associated escape of infectious material, supporting safe liquid transfer and dispensing in all types of laboratories while helping to avoid cross-contamination. The low surface affinity of the polyethylene reduces loss of cells and valuable proteins through strong binding to the wall. A long, flexible stem can be bent to draw liquids from narrow or small containers. Clearly visible fill levels are provided by graduations embossed on the outside of the body. Uniform wall thickness ensures consistent suction force and reproducible drop sizes with every use. The integrated pipette bulb requires only very light finger pressure and further limits cross-contamination risk.
