Description
Peristaltic pump iPump4L is a drive unit built for dispensing tasks with calibratable flow rates. The drive accepts different pump heads for up to 2 channels. Motor speed is adjustable from 0,1 to 400 rpm, supporting flow rates from 0,0001 to 1710 ml/min depending on head and tubing. Runtime can be set from 0,1 s to 99 h alongside speed control. Setpoints are entered via membrane keypad, RS-485 interface or analogue input; a Prime key enables fast tubing fill. Current rotational speed appears on a graphical two-line display with menu-guided operation. Last parameters remain stored after switch-off. Forward and reverse directions are supported, with speed accuracy of 1 rpm and flow accuracy of 0,5 %. The easy-to-clean ABS housing offers IP 31 protection. External signals cover start/stop and speed control via 0–5 V, 0–10 V, 4–20 mA or 0–10 kHz. Supplied as pump drive without head from manufacturer Landgraf HLL, the compact unit measures 202 × 160 × 239 mm and operates on 230 V AC for laboratory and process filling applications.

Questions about Peristaltic pump iPump4L, flow rates up to 1223 ml/min
What is this article?
Peristaltic pump iPump4L, flow rates up to 1223 ml/min is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes Landgraf HLL for laboratory use. It sits in Peristaltic & dosing pumps, inside Pumps, vacuum & evaporation, in Lab instruments.
A peristaltic pump moves liquid by rollers squeezing a tube, so the liquid never touches the mechanism. Flow depends on the tube bore and the speed. A dosing pump aims at a set volume. The tube is the consumable, and the chemical has to be one that tube survives.
A vacuum pump lowers the pressure above a liquid so it boils at a lower temperature. That is the point of a rotary evaporator: solvent leaves a sample without cooking it. A diaphragm pump or a rotary-vane pump is chosen by the vacuum it reaches and by whether solvent vapour will destroy it. A peristaltic pump moves liquid by squeezing a tube, so the liquid touches only the tube. A barrel pump transfers a larger volume from a drum. The glassware on the evaporator is indexed under ISO laboratory glassware. Solvent identity is on PubChem.
