A DIN 12878 socket permits connection of an electronic contact thermometer such as the ETS-D5, enabling highly precise temperature control directly in the medium. High heating power of 600 W combined with the white ceramic plate ensures rapid heat-up times and excellent chemical resistance. An adjustable safety circuit for the heating-plate temperature covers the range 100–360 °C. The stirring motor features a soft-start function, and an M 10 thread allows attachment of a support rod. A strong magnetic field and wide speed range support stirring volumes up to 15 litres.
