As a CELLPURE® liquid medium, it provides the enriched MEM-alpha nutrient profile including nucleosides, while leaving glutamine supplementation under user control. The preparation shows a density of about 1 g/cm³ and a boiling point near 100 °C, typical of aqueous classical media.
