Description
Rotor FA-30x2 is a fixed-angle laboratory rotor for Centrifuge 5910 R and Centrifuge 5910 Ri, offering 30 places for 1,5/2,0 mL vessels. It reaches a maximum relative centrifugal force of 20.984 × g at up to 13,700 rpm, supporting high-speed processing of microcentrifuge tubes in routine and research workflows. The assembly includes an aerosol-tight Eppendorf QuickLock® rotor lid for fast, secure locking and safer handling of hazardous samples; aerosol tightness has been tested by Public Health England, Porton Down (United Kingdom). The rotor body is made of anodized aluminium for strong chemical resistance, and both rotor and lid are autoclavable at 121 °C for 20 min. Supplied complete with the QuickLock® lid from manufacturer Eppendorf, this rotor is intended for laboratories that need reliable containment, rapid lid operation and durable construction under repeated sterilization cycles.
