Description
Laboratory adhesive tape, red, is a specialised marking tape in a 19 mm × 55 m roll format for identifying containers throughout the laboratory. Resistant to water as well as many solvents and acids, it stays legible and attached under demanding bench and storage conditions. The tape can be used in autoclaves, freezers, refrigerators or ovens and performs from −20 °C to +121 °C. It accepts writing with pencil, ballpoint pen or felt-tip marker, allowing clear handwritten identification of samples and reagents. When removed it leaves no residues on the underlying surface. The roll has a 76 mm inner diameter suited to common laboratory tape holders. Supplied as a single red roll from manufacturer Labbox, this tape supports colour-coded workflows in research, quality control and teaching environments. The strong red shade enables fast visual recognition of critical materials while the adhesive remains secure until the label is deliberately peeled off.

What is this article?
Self-adhesive label tape, 55 m x 19 mm roll, red is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes Labbox for laboratory use. It sits in Grease, boiling stones & sealants, inside Tools & accessories, in Labware.
Grease seals a ground joint. Boiling stones give a liquid a place to start boiling so it does not bump. A sealant does the same job as grease when grease would contaminate the product. They are small, and they decide whether a joint weeps.
The small tools of the bench are what the hand actually holds: a spatula for a powder, forceps for an object that must stay clean, a brush for a narrow neck, a desiccator when a dried sample must not take up water again. None of these reads a measurement. They keep the measurement possible. The apparatus around them is listed under ISO laboratory apparatus.
