Smart-Vue™ 868 MHz wireless temperature module with external PT100 sensor is a laboratory monitoring unit for ultra-low temperature freezers at -70 °C to -80 °C. Configured for the European 868 MHz band, it combines a wireless radio module with a 100 × 3 mm external PT100 probe and is supplied not calibrated, with a metric temperature range of -200 °C to +50 °C. One piece includes the module with external sensor, a 3,6 V lithium battery, mounting holder with Velcro, magnet and hardware, sensor mounting kit and customer reference letter. The Smart-Vue platform from manufacturer Thermo Scientific continuously logs readings, alarms and acknowledgments, supporting 24/7 sample protection with remote notification by telephone, email, SMS text, fax, audible or visual alerts. Audit trail capability helps address 21 CFR Part 11, cGxP and SOP expectations; the design also meets UL, CUL, CE and CSA safety and performance standards.
