Description

SONOREX DIGITEC DT 103 H ultrasonic bath with heating, capacity 4,0 litres is a high-performance ultrasonic cleaner intended for practice, laboratory and workshop use. The robust SONOREX unit cleans thoroughly yet gently by intensive cavitation bubbles, reaching even poorly accessible areas of the items being cleaned. User-friendly, wipeable key controls set cleaning duration and bath temperature; the display shows remaining process time together with the current set-point and actual bath temperature. Fully automatic SweepTec operation prevents standing waves in the ultrasonic field and promotes uniform cleaning, while the selectable Degas function at the start of a cycle further strengthens the ultrasonic effect. Internal tank dimensions are 240 × 140 × 150 mm. A ball-valve drain G ¼ with 25 cm hose is fitted on the right-hand side. Ultrasonic peak power is 560 W, heating power 200 W and rated power 140 W; net weight is 4,4 kg. Matching baskets, lids and cleaning concentrates are available as accessories. This heated ultrasonic bath from manufacturer Bandelin is supplied as 1.0 pkg for routine laboratory cleaning workflows.

Questions about SONOREX DIGITEC DT 103 H Ultrasonic bath with heating, Capacity/Volume: 4,0 lite

What is this article?

SONOREX DIGITEC DT 103 H Ultrasonic bath with heating, Capacity/Volume: 4,0 lite is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes Bandelin for laboratory use. It sits in Ultrasonic baths & cleaners, inside Ultrasonic baths & lab washers, in Lab instruments.

An ultrasonic cleaner drops parts into a bath where collapsing bubbles scrub joints and bores. Tank volume and ultrasonic power are the ratings. A basket keeps items off the tank floor, where the transducers are. The liquid is usually water plus a cleaning concentrate, not a strong solvent, unless the tank is rated for it.

An ultrasonic bath cleans by cavitation: the sound collapses tiny bubbles against the surface and lifts soil out of joints a brush cannot reach. The chemistry of the bath liquid still matters. A laboratory glassware washer is the machine that replaces hand washing when the load is large or the result has to be repeatable. Rinse water quality decides whether the glass comes out spotted. The ware being washed is listed under ISO laboratory glassware.
