SONOREX TECHNIK RM 40.2 rinse bath without heating is a welded stainless-steel process bath for industrial cleaning, service and maintenance. The unit offers a working volume of 46,0 l and uses a 2 mm oscillating tank in stainless steel 1.4404 for high durability under intensive use. Modular construction supports configurations from a single rinse tank through to a complete multi-stage cleaning line. An integrated overflow pocket enables connection of an oil separator to remove cleaned-off oil films from the process solution. Internal dimensions are 475 × 300 × 300/315 mm (L × W × D). Drainage is provided by a three-way ball valve G ½ with hose and hose nozzles in galvanically coated brass, fitted on the left side. Matching baskets, lids and cleaning or disinfection concentrates are available as accessories for optimally coordinated ultrasonic cleaning setups.
