SONOREX TECHNIK ZM 112 UL is a two-part high-performance ultrasonic bath with bottom and side sonication and without heating, intended for industrial, service and maintenance cleaning. The welded oscillating tank is made from 2 mm stainless steel 1.4404 for durability under intensive use. A modular design supports configurations from a single cleaning tank through to a complete cleaning line. An integrated overflow pocket allows connection of an oil separator to remove cleaned oil films from the bath; a spray pipe directs floating oils into this pocket. Level switches provide dry-run protection for the ultrasonic transducers, and height-adjustable feet aid installation. Rounded tank corners and a sloping floor improve cleaning, sound distribution and emptying while reducing residue build-up. Controls mounted in the upper tank area simplify operation. The separate ultrasonic generator (Bandelin) features continuous power regulation, a serial interface and a remote-control connection, and can drive several tanks of different frequencies. TwinSonic multi-frequency operation on base and side walls promotes uniform sound and power distribution for faster results. Internal dimensions are 600 × 450 × 450/470 mm with a 145,0 l working volume; drainage is via a G 1 three-way ball valve with hose and 1″ hose nozzle. Matching baskets, lids and cleaning concentrates are available as accessories.
