SONOREX TECHNIK ZM 182 UH is a high-performance two-part ultrasonic bath with bottom sonication and integrated heating for industrial cleaning, service and maintenance. The welded oscillating tank is made from 2 mm stainless steel 1.4404, giving high durability under intensive use. Internal dimensions are 1000 × 500 × 400/420 mm with a bath volume of 225,0 l. An integrated overflow pocket allows connection of an oil separator to remove cleaned oil films from the solution, aided by a spray pipe that directs floating oils into the pocket. A fill-level switch protects heater and transducers against dry running. Height-adjustable feet, rounded side and bottom corners and a sloping tank floor simplify cleaning, improve sound distribution and support thorough draining through the G 1 three-way ball valve complete with hose and 1'' hose nozzle. Controls sit in the upper tank area for easy access. The separate ultrasonic generator from manufacturer Bandelin offers continuously variable power regulation, a serial interface and remote-control connection, so several tanks—even at different frequencies—can run from one unit. Nominal power is 2000 W, peak ultrasonic power 8000 W and heating power 7200 W. Compatible baskets, lids and cleaning concentrates are available as accessories.
