Description

Mobile rack without flange holder, with side attachment is a freestanding support frame for laboratory reaction vessels up to 6 litre volume. Constructed entirely from 18/8 stainless steel, the unit measures 55 × 110 × 185 cm (L × W × H) and rolls on four swivel castors fitted with locking brakes for secure positioning at the bench or in the fume hood. A side-mounted stand with 25 mm tube diameter accepts stirrers, clamps and other accessories, while the open lower front allows collection vessels to be placed directly beneath the reaction setup. The absence of a flange holder keeps the working area clear for vessels that do not require flange mounting, yet the robust frame still provides stable support during stirring, heating or vacuum operations. Supplied complete as one piece from manufacturer Rettberg, this stainless-steel rack (net weight 40 kg) is intended for preparative chemistry, pilot-scale synthesis and general laboratory process work where mobility, corrosion resistance and accessory mounting flexibility are required. Its open architecture and lockable castors simplify vessel exchange and cleaning between runs.

Questions about Supporting constructions rack without flange holder, with lateral

What is this article?

Supporting constructions rack without flange holder, with lateral is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes Rettberg for laboratory use. It sits in Hose connectors, adapters & fittings, inside Tubing, hoses & fittings, in Labware.

A hose connector or adapter joins two lines, or steps one bore down to another. The barb diameter has to match the tube, and the thread has to match the stopcock or the bottle. Most leaks are a mismatch here, not a hole in the tube.

Tubing is how a liquid or a gas moves between two vessels without being poured. Silicone stays flexible and survives repeated autoclaving. PTFE resists almost every solvent and is stiff. PVC is the ordinary flexible line for water and for mild aqueous work. The fitting, not the tube, is what usually leaks: the barb, the thread and the stopcock have to match the tube bore. Glass and plastic apparatus around these lines is indexed under ISO laboratory ware.
