T 65 digital ULTRA-TURRAX® is an extremely powerful disperser for pilot-plant volumes of 2–50 l (H2O). Its wide speed range of 1.000–9,500 min⁻¹ enables work at high circumferential velocities, while three rotor-stator geometries support a broad spectrum of dispersing and homogenising applications. Constant speed is maintained even when viscosity changes, giving reproducible process conditions. The instrument provides a digital speed display, electronic speed control and electronic overload protection. Dispersing tools are exchanged quickly via a plug-in coupling; optional stainless-steel tools can be operated under vacuum or overpressure. An error-code display assists diagnostics. Supplied as a compact laboratory unit from manufacturer IKA, the disperser requires a three-phase power supply and a mains cable (neither included); electrical connection must be performed by a qualified electrician. A 2,5 m power cable and the SI 400 safety limit switch are available separately. Designed for intensive technical-scale dispersion work in research and production laboratories.
