TICKOPUR R 30 is a neutral cleaner concentrate for particularly gentle cleaning and degreasing of assembled and disassembled machines, tools, glass and ceramic parts in industry, trade and laboratories. The 1,0 l concentrate is formulated especially for use in SONOREX ultrasonic devices and is also suitable for immersion, wipe and high-pressure cleaning. When applied correctly it supports fast, material-friendly cleaning. TICKOPUR R 30 removes light grinding, polishing and lapping residues, oil- and grease-type soiling, soot and similar contamination from metal parts including light metal, as well as glass, ceramic, plastic and rubber. For ultrasonic application the recommended dosage is 1–5 %, sonication time 1–10 minutes and temperature 20–80 °C. The cleaner from manufacturer Bandelin is described as suitable for all materials with high material compatibility; preliminary tests are advised for highly sensitive materials. Ensure full wetting of items, vent hollow bodies completely, then rinse thoroughly with water and finally with demineralised water for residue-free results. Hazard statement H318 applies (causes serious eye damage).
