The skirted frame delivers high mechanical stability and raised rims for secure sealing; the plate is autoclavable at 121 °C for 20 minutes when sterilisation protocols require it. With a working volume of 150 µL and 96 sample positions, it suits standard real-time PCR instruments and multi-sample assays. Plates are supplied white, individually wrapped, in packs of 10 pieces from manufacturer Eppendorf.
