Ultra Clear TP ED 10 TWF 60 UV UF TM is a tap-water-fed ultrapure water system with electronic dispenser (ED) for precise, volume-controlled dosing of up to 2,0 l/min. The TWF configuration connects directly to the drinking-water supply and combines reverse osmosis at a recovery above 30 % with a subsequent ion-exchange module and a 60 l tank. Pure-water production rate is 10 l/h, with minimum pure-water conductivity of 0,2 µS/cm, TOC of 3 ppb and particles 0,1 µm < 1/ml. Ultrafiltration and UV irradiation support endotoxin content below 0,001 EU/ml and freedom from DNase, RNase and DNA; online TOC monitoring is included. Maximum feed-water conductivity is 1400 µS/cm. Intuitive software enables immediate dispensing, while printer and Modbus interfaces integrate data transfer into existing systems. Electrical connection is 100–240 V / 50–60 Hz at 0,225 kW; sound pressure level is max. 55 dB.
