Description
The Ultra Clear TP ED 20 TWF EDI 80 UV UF TM is a Reinstwasser system with electronic dispenser for precise, volume-controlled delivery of up to 2,0 l/min ultrapure water and an 80 l tank. As the highest expansion stage of the TWF series, it uses an IONPURE EDI cell so residual desalination of RO permeate remains high and constant; quality into the tank typically ranges from 0,055 to 0,2 µS/cm. With UV irradiation, ultrafiltration and TOC monitoring, the unit produces analytically pure, pyrogen-free water at 0,055 µS/cm (18,2 MOhm·cm), TOC below 3 ppb, endotoxin below 0,001 EU/ml, and free of DNase, RNase and DNA. Pure-water production rate is 20 l/h for feed water up to 1400 µS/cm. Printer and Modbus interfaces support data integration, and intuitive software allows immediate dispensing without delay. Electrical supply is 100–240 V / 50–60 Hz at 0,225 kW; maximum sound level is 55 dB. The device measures 340 mm width, 535 mm height and 550 mm depth; the 80 l tank measures 340 × 1110 × 590 mm.
