Universal Oven UN750plus is a natural-convection universal oven with a 749 l stainless-steel interior for drying, heating and general thermal processing. The working temperature range starts at least 5 °C above ambient and reaches +300 °C; the settable range is +20 °C to +300 °C. TwinDISPLAY operation, two grid shelves and a stainless-steel door are included, plus an electronically adjustable exhaust air flap adjustable from 0 % to 100 % in 10 % steps. Ethernet connectivity supports protocol data readout, programme transfer and online logging, while a USB port on the ControlCOCKPIT allows use of a USB stick. Multiple overtemperature protection, an integrated data logger with capacity for at least ten years and three calibration values settable on the ControlCOCKPIT contribute to reproducible results. A factory calibration certificate for +160 °C is provided. The structured stainless-steel housing measures 1224 x 1720 x 784 mm; interior dimensions are 1040 x 1200 x 600 mm. Electrical supply is 400 V, 50/60 Hz with a maximum power draw of about 7000 W. This Memmert model is delivered as one unit with a net weight of 217 kg for laboratory drying and heating tasks.
