UV Compact 11 UV flow reactor, 1100 l/h

UV flow-through emitter UV-Compact 11 is a compact UV reactor for disinfection and photo-oxidation aimed at TOC reduction in pure, ultrapure and process water, delivering about 1100 l/h at 1200 J/m² with a 36 W lamp. The UV emitter in a pressure-resistant quartz tube is mounted in an externally electropolished stainless-steel housing (1.4301). Volume redirection supports high germicidal performance and TOC breakdown. Control gear is fitted in a separate plastics enclosure connected by cable; horizontal or vertical installation is possible. Technical data include water flow 18 l/min at 1200 J/m² and T10 = 98 %, maximum operating pressure 10 bar, pressure drop max. 0,1 bar and water temperature max. 35 °C. One emitter operates at 254 / 185 nm with 8000 h lamp life, supply 230 V / 50–60 Hz, radiant power 36 W and 1″ connections. Housing water-connection spacing is 850 mm, overall height 1005 mm, diameter 163 mm; power supply 180 × 96 × 57 mm; free height above the unit for lamp removal 2100 mm; weight 6,6 kg.
