Description
Mobile Leeb hardness tester SAUTER HK-DB is a premium portable Leeb hardness instrument supplied complete with a hardness comparison block of approximately 800 HLD. An external type D rebound sensor is included as standard, offering high mobility and flexibility versus stationary bench devices or testers with an internal sensor. Automatic compensation supports measurement in all directions (360°). Values can be displayed in Rockwell (types A, B and C), Vickers (HV), Shore (HS), Leeb (HL) and Brinell (HB). Internal data storage covers up to 600 measurement groups with up to 32 single values per group, from which the group average is formed. Mini statistics show measured value, average, test direction, date and time. Automatic conversion expresses the result in all listed hardness units. Programmable upper and lower tolerance limits assist limit checking with acoustic and optical feedback. A backlit matrix multifunction display presents key functions clearly. The robust metal housing and sturdy carrying case complete the package from manufacturer Kern. Pack size is 1 pc for versatile laboratory and field hardness work.

Questions about Mobile Leeb Hardness Tester SAUTER HK-DB
What is this article?
Mobile Leeb Hardness Tester SAUTER HK-DB is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes Kern for laboratory use. It sits in pH meters, inside pH & electrochemistry, in Lab instruments.
A pH meter reads the electrode and displays pH, after calibration with at least two buffers. A meter that cannot be calibrated is a voltmeter. Resolution to 0.001 is not the same as accuracy. Portable and benchtop meters differ in the electrodes they accept and in the data they store.
A pH meter is a voltmeter on a glass electrode. The voltage tracks hydrogen-ion activity, and the electrode is converted to pH only after it is adjusted with buffers of known value. Conductivity measures how well a solution carries a current, which for dilute salts tracks concentration. Dissolved oxygen and titration are further electrodes on the same idea: a sensor, a standard, and a reading that is only as fresh as the calibration. Buffer values and chemical identity sit on PubChem. Accreditation of the calibration laboratory is the field of BELAC and EURAMET.
Which category should I open next?
