Savant™ SpeedVac™ SPD2030 Integrated Vacuum Concentrator System Kit is a fully integrated unit for drying and concentrating aqueous and non-aggressive samples with speed and efficiency. Built for higher-capacity work, it accommodates up to 200 × 1,5 ml tubes and supports additional formats including 15 ml and 50 ml tubes, microplates and deep-well plates via a broad rotor range. Concentrator, oil-free diaphragm vacuum pump and −50 °C cold trap are combined in one assembly, so no external tubing is required for installation. A PTFE-coated aluminium chamber resists corrosion and is easy to clean, while vacuum ramping and pressure control help prevent sample bumping and protect sample integrity. The digital display offers three preset and three customizable programs for heat, run time, ramp rate and vacuum level, with an audible end-of-run alarm. Typical uses include DNA/RNA precipitates, PCR samples, proteins, enzymes and HPLC fractions in water, ethanol, isopropanol and related organic solvents.
