SONOREX TECHNIK RM 212 U is an industrial ultrasonic bath without heating, built for cleaning tasks in industry, service and maintenance. The unit operates at 25 kHz and offers a usable bath volume of 285,0 l in a welded oscillating tank of stainless steel 1.4404, 2 mm thick, for durability under intensive use. An integrated overflow pocket allows connection of an oil separator so that detached oil films can be removed from the cleaning solution; a spray pipe directs floating oils from the liquid surface into that pocket. A level switch provides dry-run protection for the ultrasonic transducers, and height-adjustable feet support stable installation. Modular construction enables configurations from a single cleaning tank through to a complete cleaning line. Nominal power is 2 × 1000 W with ultrasonic peak power of 2 × 4000 W. Internal dimensions are 750 × 650 × 500/520 mm. Drainage is via a three-way ball valve G 1 with hose and hose tails in brass, galvanically coated, mounted on the left side.
