The sealing element is suitable for reactor vessels of 100 ml (SY 100 and SY 100 D), 250 ml (SY 250 and SY 250 D), 500 ml (SY 500 and SY 500 D) and 1000 ml (SY 1000 and SY 1000 D). Medium-contact material is FEP, providing chemical resistance across a temperature range of –60 to 200 °C. This combination supports reliable sealing during laboratory synthesis, temperature-controlled reactions and related process work. The O-ring is supplied by manufacturer IKA as a single spare or replacement part with a net weight of only 0,020 kg. It fits directly into the corresponding EasySyn clamp and vessel interfaces, helping maintain leak-tight connections without altering the system geometry.
