Description
ClassicLine body emergency shower with hand-held eye shower is a surface-mounted wall unit for rapid decontamination in laboratory and industrial environments. The assembly includes upper and lower 3/4-inch female water connections for integration into circulation lines, stainless-steel plugs, and a wall flange with four fixing holes, chemically resistant green powder-coated. A plug-in connection with integrated automatic flow regulator delivers 50 litres per minute for a standards-compliant body-shower spray pattern at 1,5 to 3 bar flow pressure. Quick-mount 3/4-inch stainless-steel plug nipples simplify on-site alignment of the 625 mm projection shower arm. A DIN-DVGW tested stainless-steel ball valve is actuated by a 700 mm pull rod with ring handle. The high-performance black plastic shower head is corrosion-resistant, largely scale- and maintenance-free, and self-draining. The package also includes a ClassicLine hand-held eye shower with 45° high-performance spray head, locking trigger handle, integrated 7 litres per minute flow regulator (1,5 to 5 bar), backflow preventer, and 1,5 m stainless-steel braided hose. Self-adhesive DIN EN ISO 7010 signage, mounting height 810 mm (± 100 mm), and compliance with ANSI Z358.1-2014 and DIN EN 15154-1/2/5 complete the system from manufacturer B-SAFETY.

Questions about ClassicLine body safety shower with hand-held eye shower for wall mounting -
What is this article?
ClassicLine body safety shower with hand-held eye shower for wall mounting - is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes B-Safety for laboratory use. It sits in Stations de lavage oculaire & flacons, inside Urgence & premiers secours, in Sécurité.
An eye-wash bottle is a sterile saline ready to flush an eye, and it expires. A plumbed eye-wash station supplies a stated flow for a stated time. The bottle is the portable answer. The station is the fixed one. Either has to be reachable within seconds, with the seal intact and the date still valid.
Emergency equipment is what is used in the first minute: an eye-wash bottle or a plumbed station for a splash, a first-aid kit, a fire blanket or an extinguisher of the class that matches the fuel. The eye wash has to be reachable and, if it is a bottle, within its expiry. A station that is blocked by a trolley is not a station. Practice is described by EU-OSHA on dangerous substances. The chemical that caused the splash is classified under the CLP Regulation.
