Digital force gauge SAUTER FH 5 is a universal instrument for tensile and compressive force measurements with an integrated measuring cell. It can be mounted on all SAUTER test stands rated up to 5 kN, making it a practical choice for structured laboratory force testing. The reversible backlit display remains easy to read in either orientation. Selectable units are N, kgf and lbf. Peak-Hold captures the peak value, while Track mode supports continuous measurement display. Tolerance-range measurement allows upper and lower limits to be set in tension and compression, assisted by acoustic and optical signals. An internal data memory stores up to 10 measured values, and the mini statistics package provides average formation from up to 10 stored readings plus Min, Max and n. USB interface for data transfer and power supply is included as standard, together with RS-232. Standard attachments as illustrated and a 90 mm extension rod are part of the delivery. Supplied in a robust carrying case from manufacturer Kern, the gauge also features Auto-Power-Off for efficient daily use.
