Description
Muffle furnace SNOL 10/1300 LSM01 is a high-precision chamber furnace with a useful volume of 10 l and a maximum working temperature of 1300 °C, intended for hardening, solution annealing, normalising and other thermal processing. The vacuum-formed ceramic-fibre muffle is heated from two sides by elements mounted on ceramic tubes, delivering controlled heat-up (maximum 50 min without charge), temperature stability of ±1 °C and uniformity of ±10 °C after equilibration. Chamber dimensions are 190 mm width, 335 mm depth and 170 mm height; external dimensions are 500 × 710 × 560 mm. A ceramic floor plate, side-opening door with safety switch and lower-mounted control panel with Omron E5CC microprocessor controller complete the working interface. Rated power is 2,4 kW at 230 V AC, 50 Hz, single phase; net weight is 38 kg. An optional exhaust chimney can be fitted to limit release of process gases. Suitable for scientific laboratories, education, medicine and industry, this unit from manufacturer SnolTherm combines high-temperature capability with efficient energy use.

Questions about Muffelofen 10L 1300°C
What is this article?
Muffelofen 10L 1300°C is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes SnolTherm for laboratory use. It sits in Fours à moufle & fours tubulaires, inside Chauffage, séchage et refroidissement, in Instruments de laboratoire.
A muffle furnace surrounds a sample with heat for ashing or ignition, often to 1100 °C. A tube furnace heats a sample in a controlled atmosphere inside a tube. The maximum temperature and the chamber size are the specification. A drying oven is not a furnace.
Temperature equipment either holds a set point or drives a sample toward one. An oven dries. A furnace reaches the temperatures of ashing and melting. A bath surrounds a vessel with water or oil. A circulator moves that fluid. An incubator holds the mild warmth of a culture. An autoclave uses steam under pressure to sterilise. The number that matters is the temperature the article actually reaches, not the number painted on the dial. Temperature is part of the international system kept by the BIPM and compared by EURAMET.
