Muffle furnace 45 L 1200 °C is a high-precision universal laboratory furnace intended for hardening, dissolving, normalising and other thermal processing procedures up to 1200 °C. The fibre-board insulated chamber is heated by elements seated in grooves on three sides, delivering rapid heat-up thanks to low thermal mass and low power consumption. Useful chamber volume is 45 l with internal dimensions of 290 mm width, 375 mm depth and 450 mm height; external dimensions are 715 mm × 760 mm × 1060 mm. The unit operates on 230 V AC single-phase supply with a power rating of 4,6 kW and reaches the set temperature in approximately 150 minutes without load. Temperature stability after equilibration is ±1 °C and uniformity is within ±10 °C. A non-programmable Omron E5CC controller is located on the lower front panel; the door opens to the right and incorporates a safety interlock switch. Ceramic hearth plates protect the chamber floor. An optional exhaust chimney can be fitted to vent process gases. Net weight is 122 kg.
