Description
Pt100 two-wire sensor PILZ® with Lemo connector is a ready-to-connect resistance temperature detector for table-top controllers of the T-500 series, with a maximum measuring temperature of 250 °C. The sensing element measures 50 mm in length and 3,5 mm in diameter and is fitted with a 1,8 m lead terminated by a Lemo plug for immediate use. Pt100 sensors in two-wire configuration have no defined polarity and typically deliver more precise readings than thermocouples, simplifying handling on short connection runs. They capture temperature at the monitored location—whether a pipeline, reactor, or PILZ laboratory heating mantle—supporting both measurement and closed-loop control. Selection should consider the required temperature range, mounting of heater and sensor, and the control electronics in use. This pre-assembled PILZ® sensor from manufacturer Winkler integrates cleanly into existing T-500 setups and related laboratory heating systems where accurate, plug-and-play temperature feedback is needed.

Questions about Pt 100 Sensor PILZ® with Lemo plug suitable for controller T-500 Tmax.
What is this article?
Pt 100 Sensor PILZ® with Lemo plug suitable for controller T-500 Tmax. is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes Winkler for laboratory use. It sits in Heating mantles, inside Heating, drying & cooling, in Instruments de laboratoire.
A heating mantle cups a round-bottom flask so the heat meets the glass without a bare flame. The flask volume the mantle was knitted for is the specification. A 1 L mantle under a 250 mL flask heats the air, not the liquid.
Temperature equipment either holds a set point or drives a sample toward one. An oven dries. A furnace reaches the temperatures of ashing and melting. A bath surrounds a vessel with water or oil. A circulator moves that fluid. An incubator holds the mild warmth of a culture. An autoclave uses steam under pressure to sterilise. The number that matters is the temperature the article actually reaches, not the number painted on the dial. Temperature is part of the international system kept by the BIPM and compared by EURAMET.
