Rotor FA-20x5 is an aerosol-tight fixed-angle rotor for 20 Eppendorf Tubes® 5,0 mL, specified for Centrifuge 5910 Ri, Centrifuge 5910 R and Centrifuge 5920 R. It delivers a maximum relative centrifugal force of 20 913 × g at 13 100 rpm, supporting demanding tube-based workflows in research and routine laboratories. The Eppendorf QuickLock rotor lid allows rapid lid locking in daily use, while aerosol-tight design—tested by Public Health England, Porton Down (United Kingdom)—helps enable safer centrifugation of hazardous samples. Anodized aluminium construction provides high chemical resistance; the rotor, lid and adapters are autoclavable. For Eppendorf Tubes® 5,0 mL with screw caps, capacity is limited to 10 vessels.
