Description
SONOREX DIGITEC DT 102 H ultrasonic bath with heating is a high-performance ultrasonic cleaner with integrated heating and a tank capacity of 3,0 litres for use in practices, laboratories and workshops. The proven and particularly robust SONOREX ultrasonic baths clean thoroughly yet gently through intensive cavitation bubbles, reaching even hard-to-access areas of the items being cleaned. A user-friendly, easily wipeable keypad enables simple setting of cleaning duration and bath temperature. The display clearly shows remaining cleaning time together with the current set and actual bath temperature values. Fully automatic SweepTec prevents standing waves in the ultrasonic field and delivers especially uniform cleaning results. The Degas function, activatable at the start of the process, further strengthens ultrasonic cleaning action. Matching baskets, lids and cleaning or disinfection concentrates are available as accessories for optimally coordinated use. Interior dimensions measure 240 × 140 × 100 mm; a ball-valve G ¼ drain with 25 cm hose is fitted on the right side. Nominal power is 120 W, ultrasonic peak power 480 W and heating power 140 W. Net weight is 4,2 kg (gross 5,2 kg). This model from manufacturer Bandelin supports reliable routine cleaning tasks across laboratory and workshop environments.

Questions about SONOREX DIGITEC DT 102 H Ultrasonic bath with heating, Capacity/Volume: 3,0 lite
What is this article?
SONOREX DIGITEC DT 102 H Ultrasonic bath with heating, Capacity/Volume: 3,0 lite is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes Bandelin for laboratory use. It sits in Ultrasonic baths & cleaners, inside Ultrasonic baths & lab washers, in Instruments de laboratoire.
An ultrasonic cleaner drops parts into a bath where collapsing bubbles scrub joints and bores. Tank volume and ultrasonic power are the ratings. A basket keeps items off the tank floor, where the transducers are. The liquid is usually water plus a cleaning concentrate, not a strong solvent, unless the tank is rated for it.
An ultrasonic bath cleans by cavitation: the sound collapses tiny bubbles against the surface and lifts soil out of joints a brush cannot reach. The chemistry of the bath liquid still matters. A laboratory glassware washer is the machine that replaces hand washing when the load is large or the result has to be repeatable. Rinse water quality decides whether the glass comes out spotted. The ware being washed is listed under ISO laboratory glassware.
