testo 104-IR BT infrared penetration thermometer enables contactless surface-temperature measurement and, when limits are exceeded or undershot, core-temperature checks with its fold-out penetration probe. All readings transfer automatically via Bluetooth to the testo Smart App for reliable digital documentation of control points (CP/CCP). The compact instrument activates as soon as the penetration probe is unfolded; infrared measurement starts at the push of a button. Results are easy to read on the large display, and the few self-explanatory keys require minimal training. Waterproof to IP65, the device withstands everyday wash-down and cold-chain environments. Whether used stand-alone or linked to the app, it supports efficient, precise temperature control throughout goods receipt, storage and transport of foodstuffs.
