Varispenser® 2 is a single-channel bottle dispenser engineered for accurate dispensing between 2,5 and 25 mL. A telescopic suction tube covering 170 – 330 mm lets the instrument match a wide range of bottle heights without extra fittings. It uses a GL-45 standard thread and comes with adapters GL 32, GL 38 and S 40, ensuring broad compatibility with everyday laboratory reagent bottles. Safety valve balls integrated in the discharge valve prevent leakage whenever the discharge cannula is detached, and the removable cap of the pressure-equalisation valve allows straightforward attachment of a drying tube. The oval housing improves grip and portability, while the PFA sealing lip on the piston reduces the chance of sticking. A lockable slide running on the internal toothed rail provides fast, secure volume selection. All parts that contact the liquid exhibit high chemical resistance. Supplied as a complete unit from manufacturer Eppendorf, the dispenser can be autoclaved in one piece without dismantling, making it suitable for demanding laboratory workflows.
