Total trough length is 330 mm with a 215 mm overhang; feed rates range from a minimum of 1 g/min to a maximum of 1500 g/min. Polished stainless-steel trough and hopper ensure straightforward cleaning, while the hopper itself swivels for convenient handling. Material is conveyed by controlled vibration of the trough; amplitude is adjusted on a separate microprocessor-controlled unit that maintains uniform flow even for the smallest quantities. The feeder is ideal for continuous dosing into sample dividers, mills, mixers or balances and combines readily with the LABORETTE 27 rotary cone sample divider and PULVERISETTE 14 rotor mill from manufacturer Fritsch.
