Macrocuvet type 100-QX is een precisiecel voor spectroscopie, vervaardigd uit Extended Range-kwartsglas voor het golflengtebereik 200 nm tot 3500 nm. Hij combineert een weglengte van 1 mm met een glazen deksel en een vulvolume van 350 µl voor fotometrische metingen op standaard laboratoriumspectrofotometers. Geselecteerd Extended Range-kwartsglas levert een uitstekende transmissie boven 83 %, wat exacte analytische resultaten over een breed spectraal venster ondersteunt. Hellma®-precisiecuvetten van Hellma worden volledig in Duitsland geproduceerd en zijn thermisch verbonden, niet gelijmd, zodat zij een hoge bestendigheid tegen temperatuur en chemicaliën bieden en onbedoeld ontsnappen van vloeistof helpen vermijden. Afgeschuinde randen verbeteren veilig, aangenaam hanteren en minimaliseren het risico op afbrokkelen. Hoge weglengtenauwkeurigheid en parallelliteit waarborgen continu reproduceerbare aflezingen.
