Grinding jar 500 ml EASY-GTM hardened stainless steel classic line complete with transmitter assembly is a gas-pressure and temperature measuring system for planetary ball mills. It consists of a 500 ml grinding jar made of hardened stainless steel with a special lid containing an integrated radio transmitter, together with a separate receiver. Intended for PULVERISETTE 5 and PULVERISETTE 6 classic line mills from manufacturer Fritsch, the system permits continuous measurement of gas pressure and temperature directly inside the jar without altering the mill. Applications focus on mechanical alloying for new amorphous and nanocrystalline materials and on monitoring or optimising industrial grinding processes. Thermal effects, physical and chemical reactions, and pressure changes are recorded in real time. Wireless transmission at 2,4 GHz feeds data to a computer; Easy GTMControl software provides graphical presentation plus PDF-report and Excel export. The transmitter covers –40 to 110 °C, pressure resolution is 1 mbar, permissible pressure is 0–20 bar (measuring range to 30 bar), and full-battery operating time is roughly half a year of continuous use depending on temperature.
