ICP Multi-Element Standard Solution CR-122 is a ROTI®Star five-element calibration standard in 2 % HNO3, with concentrations in mg/l of Ca (100), Fe (10), K (100), Mg (100) and Mn (10). This multi-element ICP standard solution is intended for atomic spectroscopy (AAS, ICP-OES, ICP-MS) and as a multi-element standard for ICP-OES. Density (D) is approximately 1 g/cm³ and the boiling point (bp) is 100 °C. Pack size is 100 ml with a net weight of 0,120 kg. The CR-122 solution from manufacturer Carl ROTH belongs to the ROTI®Star series. Calcium, potassium and magnesium are specified at 100 mg/l each, and iron and manganese at 10 mg/l each, in a 2 % nitric acid matrix. The five-element mix addresses major cations and selected transition metals in one nitric acid solution. The 100 ml presentation is used for calibration and instrument set-up in ICP and AAS laboratories that require these elements at the stated concentrations. ROTI®Star CR-122 therefore provides a defined Ca–Fe–K–Mg–Mn combination in 2 % HNO3.
