PULVERISETTE 6 classic line planetary mono mill is a laboratory planetary mill for rapid batch fine grinding down to colloidal fineness of hard to soft materials, dry or in suspension. It is also suited to mixing and homogenising emulsions and pastes. Maximum sample quantity is 225 ml with a maximum feed size of 10 mm depending on the material; main disk speed is adjustable from 100 to 650 rpm. Operating on the planetary ball-mill principle with a single grinding-bowl holder, the compact unit from manufacturer Fritsch combines high grinding performance with a small footprint and supports reproducible results via regulated drive and programmable electronics. An adjustable counterweight compensates for imbalances, while grinding bowls from 80 to 500 ml are offered in eight materials as accessories. Programmable interval and pause times, automatic reverse, RS232 process-data output for validation, built-in fan cooling of the grinding chamber and optional grinding under protective gas extend application scope across geology, mineralogy, ceramics, chemistry, biology, medicine, pharmacology, nuclear research, materials technology and analytical sample preparation. Delivered with safe-lock clamping but without grinding bowls and balls; tested safety to EN 61010 with CE mark.
