Description
MyFerm thermostat with 2 l bath volume is a circulating temperature-control unit for tempering MyFerm bioreactors and external laboratory applications. It covers a working range from 20 to 200 °C with 2 kW heating power and temperature constancy of ±0,02 °C. Pressure-side pumping reaches up to 27 l/min at a maximum delivery pressure of 0,7 bar; the suction side delivers up to 22 l/min at 0,4 bar. Overall dimensions are 178 × 260 × 355 mm, with a working space of 190 mm height and 150 mm depth, and mains connection is 230 V 1~N 50 Hz. From manufacturer Landgraf HLL, the unit is intended for jacketed vessels, tempered beakers, and tempering coils used with MyFerm systems. Temperature control at or below ambient is possible when additional external water cooling is applied via the internal cooling coil. An optional external temperature sensor is recommended for precise control inside the bioreactor. Net weight is 8 kg. The compact 2 l bath design suits bench-scale fermentation and general laboratory tempering tasks that need stable circulation and reliable heat delivery.

Questions about Thermostat with 2 l bath volume, MyFerm
What is this article?
Thermostat with 2 l bath volume, MyFerm is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes Landgraf HLL for laboratory use. It sits in Water & oil baths, inside Heating, drying & cooling, in Lab instruments.
A water bath surrounds a vessel with warm water. An oil bath reaches higher than water's boiling point. The tank volume and the maximum temperature are the specification. A cover and a level matter, because a dry bath element overheats.
Temperature equipment either holds a set point or drives a sample toward one. An oven dries. A furnace reaches the temperatures of ashing and melting. A bath surrounds a vessel with water or oil. A circulator moves that fluid. An incubator holds the mild warmth of a culture. An autoclave uses steam under pressure to sterilise. The number that matters is the temperature the article actually reaches, not the number painted on the dial. Temperature is part of the international system kept by the BIPM and compared by EURAMET.
