Calibration stability is retained even after repeated autoclaving, so recalibration is not required after steam sterilisation at 121 °C for 15 min. Reverse pipetting enables accurate aspiration and dispensing of liquids of differing viscosity; the soft grip reduces heat transfer to internal components; a counter lock prevents unintended volume changes; and a blow-out system delivers the final drop. The pipette meets DIN EN ISO 8655-1, 8655-2 and 8655-6.
