Description
Apparatus for bulk density ISO 23145 and flowability ISO 14629 of ceramic powders enables standardised determination of bulk density and flow behaviour of ceramic powders and other free-flowing particulate materials. According to DIN EN ISO 23145-2, bulk density is measured for powders that flow freely through a 2,5 mm orifice; powders that pass a 5 mm orifice but not the 2,5 mm nozzle also fall within the scope. Material cascades through a standardised funnel into a receiving vessel of defined volume, and mass is established by differential weighing. DIN EN ISO 14629 determines the flow rate of a 50 g powder sample through the same funnel type; flowability is obtained by dividing sample mass by the measured flow rate. The test funnel is manufactured from non-magnetic electropolished stainless steel V4A (1.4305) with a high-gloss polished surface (Ra). This complete measuring device from manufacturer Landgraf HLL supports norm-compliant testing of high-performance ceramic powders. Optional accessories include stainless-steel dishes, factory calibration certificates for beaker and nozzles, collection tray, stopwatch, sieve (0,71 mm mesh) and precision balance.

Questions about Apparatus Bulk density ISO 23145 and flowability ISO14629 of ceramic powders
What is this article?
Apparatus Bulk density ISO 23145 and flowability ISO14629 of ceramic powders is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes Landgraf HLL for laboratory use. It sits in Other instruments & spare parts, in Lab instruments.
Some instruments do not sit cleanly in one measuring principle, and every instrument eventually needs a spare: a lamp, a fuse, a seal, a knob. The spare has to be the part for that model. A near match is a different part. Calibration of the instrument, once it measures, belongs with EURAMET, BELAC and the BIPM.
Which category should I open next?

What should I check before I order?
When this page shows a safety data sheet, use that manufacturer file. Hazard text does not belong in the sales description. For a pack size, a grade or a certificate that is not on the page, send a quote request or contact the team.
