Description

BOLA Bottle Multiple Distributor EX, GL 45, 3× GL 14, max. Ø 8,0 mm, PTFE-EX is a laboratory bottle fitting for multi-port tubing connections on GL 45 reagent bottles. The black screw cap is made of conductive PPS-EX for the GL 45 bottle thread, while the distributor body is manufactured from conductive PTFE-EX. Three GL 14 necks allow hoses to be introduced directly; tubing or rigid pipes can be secured with matching BOLA laboratory screw fittings EX. Each neck accepts hose with a maximum outer diameter of 8,0 mm, giving flexible multi-line access for inert or solvent-handling setups. With a net weight of 0,031 kg, the compact distributor from manufacturer Bohlender is well suited to space-conscious benches and fume-hood installations. Conductive PTFE-EX and PPS-EX construction supports applications where electrostatic discharge control is relevant alongside chemical resistance. Supplied as a single piece, it provides a durable multi-way bottle interface for research and process laboratories working with GL 45 glassware.

Questions about BOLA Multiple Distributors for Bottles EX, GL 45, 3x GL 14, max. Ø 8,0 mm PTFE-E

What is this article?

BOLA Multiple Distributors for Bottles EX, GL 45, 3x GL 14, max. Ø 8,0 mm PTFE-E is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes Bohlender for laboratory use. It sits in Bottle accessories (pouring rings, dispensers, caps), inside Bottles & containers, in Labware.

Bottle accessories are the pieces on the neck: a pouring ring, a dispenser seat, a cap liner, a tamper ring. They decide how the bottle delivers and whether the closure still matches after the original cap is gone.

A laboratory bottle is a closed container with a stated volume and a neck that takes a cap, a stopper or a dispenser. Borosilicate glass is the choice when the liquid is a solvent, or when the bottle will be heated or autoclaved. Polyethylene and polypropylene are the choice when the bottle must not shatter, or when hydrofluoric acid would attack glass. A narrow mouth pours. A wide mouth is for powders and for reaching the bottom. Laboratory ware of this kind is indexed under ISO laboratory glassware. Traceable volume sits with the BIPM and NIST Physical Measurement.
