Description
BOLA anchor additional blades for PTFE stirring shafts with metal core deliver solid PTFE anchor geometry for flexible multi-level stirring. The massive stirring blades are manufactured from polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), and the clamping fixtures are made from a PEEK compound. Several blades can be fixed torsion-proof at freely selectable height and rotation direction on matching BOLA stirring shafts using the clamp fastening. A matching open-ended spanner is supplied for mounting. These additional blades are intended for shafts of 8 mm diameter and provide blade dimensions of 60 mm, 40 mm, 22 mm and 30 mm (A–B–C–D) according to the drawing, with wrench size 15. Net weight is 0,1054 kg. Offered as a single piece, they enable chemically resistant anchor-type mixing on compatible PTFE shafts where adjustable placement and secure clamping matter. The components belong to the BOLA stirrer accessory line from manufacturer Bohlender and support impeller, anchor and turbine arrangements in laboratory and process applications.

Questions about BOLA U-Shaped Blades, Ø 8 mm a Ø 60x40x25x30 mm for stainless steel shafts jacke
What is this article?
BOLA U-Shaped Blades, Ø 8 mm a Ø 60x40x25x30 mm for stainless steel shafts jacke is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes Bohlender for laboratory use. It sits in Stirring shafts, propellers & impellers, inside Stirring, shaking & mixing, in Lab instruments.
A shaft, a propeller or an impeller is the wetted end of an overhead stirrer. The diameter and the pitch decide whether the liquid turns over. The material, stainless steel or PTFE, decides what the liquid may be. The chuck size has to match the stirrer.
Stirring keeps a mixture uniform or helps a solid dissolve. A magnetic stirrer spins a bar inside a closed vessel. An overhead stirrer drives a shaft when the liquid is viscous or the volume is large. A vortex mixer agitates a tube. A shaker moves a whole rack or a plate. The shape of the impeller and the speed decide whether the liquid turns over or merely spins. The vessels being stirred are indexed under ISO laboratory glassware.
