Description
C 6000 global standards Package 1/12 is an automated combustion calorimeter system engineered for calorific-value determinations that comply with DIN, ISO, ASTM, GOST, GB and other recognised standards, with particular suitability for halogen- and sulphur-containing samples. Selectable start temperatures of 22 °C, 25 °C and 30 °C are available in adiabatic, isoperibol and dynamic modes. Automatic ignition and ignition-energy measurement, water fill/drain cycles, and oxygen filling, degassing and purging minimise operator intervention. RFID technology identifies the decomposition vessel, while the capacitive touchscreen supports control charts and norm-based correction calculations. Ethernet, USB, serial and balance interfaces allow flexible laboratory integration; optional C 6040 Calwin software adds advanced data and LIMS functions. The package from IKA comprises the C 6000 global standards calorimeter, the halogen-resistant C 6012 decomposition vessel with catalytically activated surface for improved halogen and sulphur recovery, and the RC 2 basic cooling-water supply unit—delivering a complete, high-throughput solution for demanding fuel and materials analysis.

Questions about C 6000 global standards Package 1/12, Calorimeter, with chiller, halogen resista
What is this article?
C 6000 global standards Package 1/12, Calorimeter, with chiller, halogen resista is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes IKA for laboratory use. It sits in pH meters, inside pH & electrochemistry, in Lab instruments.
A pH meter reads the electrode and displays pH, after calibration with at least two buffers. A meter that cannot be calibrated is a voltmeter. Resolution to 0.001 is not the same as accuracy. Portable and benchtop meters differ in the electrodes they accept and in the data they store.
A pH meter is a voltmeter on a glass electrode. The voltage tracks hydrogen-ion activity, and the electrode is converted to pH only after it is adjusted with buffers of known value. Conductivity measures how well a solution carries a current, which for dilute salts tracks concentration. Dissolved oxygen and titration are further electrodes on the same idea: a sensor, a standard, and a reading that is only as fresh as the calibration. Buffer values and chemical identity sit on PubChem. Accreditation of the calibration laboratory is the field of BELAC and EURAMET.
