Description

CryoStorage Vials 1,0 ml sterile are cryogenic sample tubes developed for reliable biobanking and laboratory sample storage. Each sterile vial is equipped with an external thread and grey screw caps and carries a three-level identification system: a 2D-SafeCode (DataMatrix/ECC200), a linear barcode and plain-text labelling. The ECC 200 error-correction function enables secure code reading even when up to 25 % of the code is damaged. Made from high-quality polypropylene in cleanroom class VIII, the vials are free from DNase, RNase, human DNA and endotoxin to support high sample purity. Supplied as 960 sterile vials in 10 individually packed racks of 96 pre-capped tubes, they provide convenient ready-to-use handling at the bench. These CryoStorage vials from manufacturer Eppendorf support direct import into Eppendorf eLABInventory and eLABJournal software for streamlined documentation and data processing. Further information on the vials for documentation purposes is available via the Eppendorf website, aiding consistent sample tracking in cryogenic workflows.

Questions about CryoStorageV, 1.0mL,sterile;10x96;e3crg

What is this article?

CryoStorageV, 1.0mL,sterile;10x96;e3crg is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes Eppendorf for laboratory use. It sits in Cryogenic vials & tubes, inside Cryogenics & cold storage, in Lab consumables.

A cryogenic vial is a small tube with a seal made for very low temperatures. Internal and external threads differ. A vial that will see liquid nitrogen has to be rated for it, and it should not be overfilled, because trapped liquid expands. The cap insert is part of the seal.

Cold storage slows chemistry and keeps cells, proteins and nucleic acids from falling apart. A cryogenic vial is made to survive liquid-nitrogen temperatures and to be sealed against the liquid. A box and a rack are how those vials are found again. The article is not part of free standard delivery when it must stay cold: cold-chain goods are never included in that free delivery. Biosafety of the material inside is summarised by the WHO laboratory biosafety topic. Reference lines are held by ATCC.
