Ion exchanger SG-15000-SK is a mixed-bed ion exchange cartridge for producing fully demineralised water in laboratory and process systems. It is filled with 100 l of MB400 mixed-bed resin and fitted with plug-in quick couplings DN 10 for simple connection and cartridge exchange. The stainless-steel (1.4571) vessel from manufacturer Evoqua Water Technologies can be operated at working pressures up to 10 bar. Optimised internal water guidance ensures excellent utilisation of the resin bed. Nominal capacity is 15 000 l up to 20 µS/cm at 10 °dH GSG, with a maximum flow rate of 1 500 l/h and a maximum water temperature of 40 °C. External dimensions are 360 mm diameter and 1 111 mm vessel height; gross weight is about 92 kg. Conductivity meters and hoses or electrodes are available separately, supporting flexible integration into pure-water installations that require reliable full demineralisation performance.
