This 20 ml Class A flask is manufactured from borosilicate glass 3.3 and conforms to ISO 1042, offering the tightest volumetric tolerances. The external amber coating delivers reliable UV protection for light-sensitive materials while leaving the inner glass surface with unaltered DURAN® chemical resistance and performance. Calibrated to contain (In) at a +20 °C reference temperature, it features a precisely ground joint NS 10/19, a durable fired-on white ring mark and an ergonomic polyethylene stopper for secure, rapid opening and closing. Each flask carries a four-digit batch number and is supplied with a certificate of conformity plus batch certificate that records the measured mean value, standard deviation and issue date; certificates are also retrievable online. From manufacturer Duran/DWK Life Sciences, the flask supports storage and transport of light-sensitive substances, dilution of solutions, mixing of components, titrimetric analysis and general volumetry.
