DURAN® YOUTILITY® GL 45 screw cap without seal is an ergonomically shaped polypropylene closure for laboratory and pharmaceutical bottles. The linerless white design is moulded from biocompatible materials certified to USP Class VI and is therefore suitable for pharmaceutical manufacturing. A short thread allows faster opening and closing, while the reverse-cone profile and integrated lip seal deliver a secure, liquid-tight grip. The cap is fully compatible with both DURAN® Original GL 45 bottles and YOUTILITY® bottles. Each white YOUTILITY® closure from Duran/DWK Life Sciences carries a Retrace Code that enables download of a batch-specific certificate of conformity, supporting complete traceability. Pharmaceutical-grade polypropylene meets USP 121 °C Class VI requirements and provides reliable chemical resistance for everyday laboratory use. Typical applications include manufacture of pharmaceuticals and biotechnological products as well as storage and transport of APIs, bulk drug intermediates, ingredients and media. The compact unit weighs only 0,013 kg net, making it convenient for high-throughput workflows.
