Manufactured from borosilicate glass 3.3, it delivers outstanding chemical resistance with a very low profile of extractable inorganic ions and is completely free from organic extractables. The glass conforms to ISO 3585 as type 3.3, ASTM E438-1992 as Type I Class A low-expansion, and USP/EP/JP as Neutral glass Type I. The optimised conical bottom design offers a safer, more convenient alternative to flat-bottom media bottles, enabling greater utilisation of contents without tilting that could cause solvent splashing. A central filling volume accommodates internal filters for maximum efficiency when supplying the mobile phase to the HPLC system.
