Description

Edding laboratory marker 8015F is a black laboratory marker built for the special requirements of scientific workplaces. It features a round tip suited to extra-fine lettering on small surfaces and performs especially well on smooth and transparent materials such as microscope slides, glass containers, laboratory instruments and labels. The fast-drying ink is almost odourless and resists abrasion, water and light exposure. It also offers excellent resistance to cold, heat and mechanical wear, supporting reliable identification through refrigerated storage, warming steps and everyday handling. The marker has been tested and certified by TÜV Saarland. Marking is permanent on plastic and can be removed from glass with an alcohol-based cleaner when labels need updating. Supplied as a single unit from manufacturer Labbox, this Edding-type lab marker is a practical choice for precise sample and equipment labelling. Net weight is 0,015 kg. Choose it where fine, durable black script is needed on glassware and small labware.

Questions about Edding laboratory marker, 8015F

What is this article?

Edding laboratory marker, 8015F is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes Labbox for laboratory use. It sits in Markers & pens, inside Labels, signs & marking, in Lab safety equipment.

A laboratory marker is specified by the surface and the conditions it still reads after: frozen tubes, autoclaved labels, a solvent-splashed bottle. An ordinary whiteboard pen is not that marker. Permanent on paper and permanent on a cold polypropylene tube are different claims.

A label is how the next person knows what is in the bottle. A GHS label carries the pictogram, the signal word and the hazard statements the classification requires. A tape or a marker is only as useful as its survival in the freezer, the autoclave or the solvent it will meet. A safety sign is the instruction that stays on the door. The pictograms come from the CLP Regulation and are explained by ECHA CLP. Workplace signs sit with EU-OSHA.
